May 2026 | Here’s What God Is Doing 6 Months into Be Free
Six months ago, we launched the Be Free generosity initiative believing God was calling us to step boldly into the future–expanding ministry, reaching more people, and bringing hope and freedom to communities across Colorado and beyond.
Today, we’re celebrating what God has already done through your generosity and faithfulness.
And honestly? We’re just getting started.
A New Home for Flatirons Loveland
One of the biggest updates is happening in Loveland.
Originally, we planned to launch our Loveland campus in a strip mall just off the highway. But at the last minute, an incredible opportunity opened up: eight acres in the heart of Loveland with a freestanding 40,000-square-foot building perfectly suited for a church.

Because of your generosity through Be Free, we were able to purchase the property.
We’ll complete minor renovations this summer and officially move into the building this fall. This new location will dramatically increase our ability to serve and reach the Loveland community for years to come.
Investing in the Next Generation
Flatirons Frank!
If you were at Easter, your kids probably already met Flatirons Frank.
What may have looked like simple fun is actually part of a much bigger vision for kids discipleship. Flatirons Frank is helping us create new ways to engage children with the truth of Jesus in memorable, meaningful ways.
We’ve also expanded camp capacity this summer and are preparing to take nearly 1,000 middle school and high school students to camp.
Camp has always been one of the most life-changing environments for students, and we believe this summer will be no different.
Launching the Flatirons Ministry Institute
Another exciting step forward is the launch of the Flatirons Ministry Institute.
This leadership development initiative is designed to equip everyday people to live out ministry not just at church, but in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
We believe God is raising up leaders everywhere — and we want to help prepare them.
Fighting Human Trafficking in Denver
For years, Flatirons has supported anti-trafficking efforts around the world. But now, we’re taking a major step toward making an impact right here in Denver.
We recently partnered with an organization called Gideon Force, and it’s an incredible fit.
Gideon Force specializes in gathering intelligence and conducting investigative groundwork that helps law enforcement identify traffickers, coordinate operations, and prosecute criminals more effectively.
Even more exciting: their first employee is a former female law enforcement officer from Flatirons Church.
We believe this partnership is going to make a real difference in the fight against human trafficking in our city.
Scarlet Hope: Bringing Hope Into Dark Places
Later this fall, you’ll hear much more about Scarlet Hope.
Scarlet Hope ministers directly to women working in the commercial sex industry by entering places like strip clubs and bringing the love of Jesus directly to them.
Their mission is simple but powerful: to remind women that they matter, that God has not forgotten them, and that there is hope and freedom available to them.
We are honored to partner in this work and believe God will move powerfully through it.
More Opportunities Ahead
There’s even more in motion.
We’re prayerfully considering additional Outpost (campus) locations and continuing to expand our reach to college students and young adults.
Every one of these opportunities represents people finding hope, freedom, healing, and Jesus.
